(1) Within 7 days of receiving your goods (based on the product receipt date), if you discover quality issues, stains, damage, or defects, please contact our customer service via phone, email, or fax to request an exchange. Please provide the order number, product name, and reason for exchange.
(2) For customers who chose door-to-door delivery, please send the items you wish to exchange back to us via courier (if an invoice was issued for this order, please include it). Please indicate the reason for exchange and mark it as "Exchange". Use simple but proper packaging to ensure the goods remain intact during transportation. After we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your exchange according to your requirements.
(3) For international orders with quality issues, please contact us first. After confirmation, send the items you wish to exchange to us via surface mail. After confirmation, we will process your exchange according to your requirements.

(3) Please mail the items you wish to return to us. If the purchased product came with gifts or an invoice was issued, please include the gifts and invoice with your return.
(4) After we receive your returned goods and confirm they have not been damaged, we will process your return within one week. After consulting with you and obtaining your consent, the refund will either be kept in your virtual account with us or returned to your bank card (or your requested refund address). If the payment included gift certificates from us, that portion will be re-deposited into your virtual account with us for your future purchases.
